Training Philosphy
I aim to create an inclusive environment for participants of different backgrounds and learning styles. I seek to accommodate various learning styles by using different tools - presentations, discussions, audio-visual materials. I Dedicate at least 40% time to active learning through hands-on activities, projects and group work. This method stems from adult learning theory and has been effective for teams to be able to immediately implement training takeaways towards their current work.
